WWF Green Office Certificate granted to the Studium Catholicum for three more years
The Studium Catholicum has again been granted the WWF Green Office Certificate. The inspection of the Studium Catholicum premises held in May 2019 confirmed that environmental matters had been fully respected in office work, activities and decision-making. The Certificate has been granted for a further three years.
The WWF considers that the Studium engages in a very ambitious environmentally-friendly programme which can be seen even in the smallest details. In addition, the Studium through its activities makes every effort to widely disseminate an awareness of the environment.
Those working in a Green Office learn how to act responsibly towards the environment, for example in the fields of travel, energy-use, recycling, rubbish sorting, durable purchases and choice of foods.
The Green Office network in Finland includes 143 organisations for a total of 59,000 employees.
